Shark - VERY DISSATISFIED Customer
I called customer service today to talk about my vacuum that has lost it's suction. I get a CSR and when I tell you it was the WORST customer service.
I proceeded and asked for a supervisor and the CSR tells me there is not any supervisor's their and she could not transfer me. And then she proceeded to tell me she'll send a filter at n/c but I have to pay for shipping Grrrrrrr I said absolutely not that I wanted. Manager and after the 10th time of demanding one she finally transferred me. Which was a waste of time because he did absolutely nothing as well and completely disregard my frustrations with his CSR.
I wouldn't recommend this vacuum to anyone. There customer service center SUCKS!
