Hi, Im sure you can find a plethora of notes on file from the absolute nightmare that it has been owning the Vacmop. I understand the unit is passed the warranty period.

I dont expect Shark to do a thing about the faulty product. Customer service was pretty unhelpful even when it was within the warranty period. 2 replacements within first couple months of ownership. When the 3rd one also turned out to be faulty, it took hours of phone and stress to get Shark to finally agree to a refund.

At that point, it started working just well enough for me to want to avoid the shipping hassle. That was my mistake to not take the refund. Now another 10ish months later, the robot is completely useless, it doesnt even move anymore, and Shark is not willing to do anything about their faulty model/product. A 20% discount was offered on the same product.

Lets be slightly logical. Why the *** would I want to spend another $300 to have yet another paper weight?? Why the *** would I think that, just maybe, number 4 will work?? While I expect Shark not to do a thing about this situation or about the trash product, the Vacmop robot, that has been on the market somehow for this long, I have filed a review with BBB and intend to continue to do so wherever possible after the absolutely terrible experience, since day one, with this product and company.

As a final note, even during the limited spells where the vacuum worked, the mop never did.

At least this experience showed me what type of business Shark/Ninja is and I can avoid any products from the company moving forward, and give honest reviews whenever/wherever possible. Unfortunately, those reviews are and will be extremely negative, as that is exactly the experience Shark has provided.
