Shark - Their customer service is the worst
The shark robot that we purchased at walmart worked well for a few months. Then it just took a downward turn and hasn't worked well since.
We keep thinking it's just user error, so we reset it and delete the map and try to get it to work like it used to. It's gotten to the point where it can't even mop my kitchen. It's awful. It just goes in circles, stops every couple of minutes claiming to be stuck, even though there is literally nothing around or below it, and it's just become an expensive piece of plastic that lays in my house.
I called customer service, and it has to be one of the worst experiences I've had with "customer service." The agent, Leonardo, literally yelled at me. I recorded the end of the conversation. But when I look for someone to email, the Shark website doesn't even offer an email or live support. The only way to contact anyone is through phone, and guess what?
Calling that number just sends you back over to the *** customer service line where they don't give a crap about you and just toy with you and your time, telling you to do the same resets that I've already done many times.
Worst experience. Not worth the $500.
User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Shark Pros: When it works it works pretty well.
Shark Cons: Still do not have a working vacuum, No response from customer service regarding my complaints.
