Twice the Shipping Dept of Shark ok'd a product being FEDEX'd to a PO Box. Fed EX DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
Both times I had included my physical address as the ship to site. This time called FED EX and they said, since the product was just shipped, all Shark had to do was call to change delivery address. Customer Service REFUSED. Instead said to wait until package returned to them, which it will be, then they will give me a refund, and then I can reorder.
This solution is unbelievably inane and it is their policy. This is one policy that is guaranteed to destroy good customer relations.
