I purchased a vacuum and steam mop directly from Shark. Waited the two weeks to receive it.

The vacuum works great and i use it frequently. The steam mop, I've used 3 times. On the third occasion, it stopped steaming and started leaking. I called to speak to customer service about it and was told I was 2 months outside the warranty, so the best thing they could do was offer to SELL me one at a discounted rate!

So, you want me to spend MORE money for a product that may break after 3 uses???!!! What kind of customer service is that?

Total crap. I won't be purchasing any of their products again and plan to post more negative reviews.

UPDATE: They did contact me about replacing the unit, but I would have pay roughly $30 for return shipping, plus the cost of a custom box, since I no longer have the original packaging and it is oddly shaped. No thanks! Not spending another dime with this company.
