Verified ReviewerSharks Garment Steamer 500 series, not working , even it’s new. Opened box and started using and never worked. This is second time I buy shark products and totally disappointed.
The new, out-of-the-box steamer is not working. We bought it from Costco but didn't use it for a long time. When we needed it and opened the box, it wasn't working.

Poor design/Shark Vertex Worst design possible
Took 25 minutes with an "extractor claw" to remove debris from tube
Shark vacuum,I am sure you have heard from customers that owning a Shark Vertex cordless stick vacuum is investing in a highly problematic to clean model. The tube becomes hopelessly clogged with debris and stops working.
The only solution is the gross process of using an extractor claw to individually pull out numerous clumps of debris...which is disgusting and time consuming. This was an expensive purchase for me. I cannot afford to replace it at this time. The poor design of this stick vacuum is difficult to comprehend.
You surely must have been aware of this problem at the time of production. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Need a floor nozzle rotator lift part
I should have received the bottom of the vacuum thre head where the roller is, but I did not receive that part. I got the part above it so I still need the floor rotator attachment. I have not called him back yet and asked them to correct it and send meThe proper part will call on Monday Send me the correct part

Not satisfied with product
I would like shark to replace my cordless vacuum mop only had a couple months it wasent working right from the start

Well, I cant really rate you guys because I bought a hot shark Hydro vac cordless it quit working and Ive been trying to call customer service and nobody answers the phone so please get back with me or send me another vacuum
Sweeper suction doesn’t work
I bought a new shark sweeper for Christmas.. teal colored one.
I hate it. It works nothing like the shark I had for 15 years before I bought this.
I purchased it from Kohls I feel you should make my purchase good and send me a shark navigator sweeper then I will return this *** one I just bought I am very upset about this.. Cause shark sweepers are the Best

The hose at the very bottom, in the head, has cracked in a few of the ribs between the metal inside it. This has caused the head to lose all suction.

Brand new in the box shark mop and vacuum will not work and I have it as a Christmas present gift. How embarrassing!
My shark robot vacuum is not responding to the app
The shark robot is just wandering around and not cleaning where it should and it cant be controlled by the app we reinstalled the app tried rebooting our phones .

My vacuum has broken several times over the last year or two. The last time, you sent me a new brush for the bottom and it was a completely different color from the original.
The brush has stopped working again.
Can you please just send me a whole brand new vacuum? I paid a lot of money for this one.
