Shark

Inner hose broke after 5yrs and 15days . Tried to tell me it was past the warranty until I showed them the 7yr.

warranty on live video., than they came back and said the hose part wasn't covered.

No where in my warranty does it say there is a exclusion for a hose. It appears to me they're not being honest.

The sharkwand vacuum has given me nothing but problems since the beginning and now it will not charge

This vacuum does not work it get the floor dirty it must be a defect cuz I see no dirt in the dirt canister and it gets hot on the motor. It bran new even the filters are not dirty after I try to vacuum .I'm really depressed. Cus I love sharks .please help me let me trade it for a different kind please

As a senior disable person I relying on Large companies to treating customers fairly. I PURCHASE shark carpet cleaner, Never received a invoice, phone call.

Letter, or email regarding my purchase, the only one time was when they sent me to collections, In all my 69 years, I have never seen this treatment.

I will never buy from this company again and will tell my family. Friends and neighbors they consumer pratice.

Did not get what I ordered, a fake product with not the proper ingredients. Thought I was ordering the Shark Tank kept gummies.

Don't buy from this company directly,go to your local store and purchase or order from them. You won't get service from Shark Australia nor are they actually based in Australia,the phones are answered in Thailand??!!!?

I've waited over 29 days for my refund of an order I cancelled because if the long wait of delivery that I was told by one of their people when I rung to ask when delivery. I have asked for email with cancelled order, promised but sent nothing just like my refund that's constantly promised and never received.

Still waiting for refund ,keep getting the same response,oh ,so sorry I'll escalate your refund straight away,you should have it in 24 hours ...same phone conversation,no refund...asked for email confirming cancellation of order but still haven't received that ..the worst company ever to purchase from. Go to your local store. DON'T BUY FROM SHARK DIRECTLY...!!

I have owned several Shark vacuum cleaners. First one was a great experience, this last one however is and was a great disappointment.

Beginning with to representative and ending with the representative implying the problem is my fault for not understanding how to operate a vacuum cleaner. NEVER AGAIN would I tell anyone the Sharks are good vacuums.

Shark was not working properly. They did troubleshooting and determined the unit needed to be replaced.

I sent back.

They are sending a new unit. Other than being without it for a couple of weeks I am very happy with customer service.

Ordered from an ad on Facebook, added three bottles of Keto for 19.97 but it turned out to be over 419.88. Tried to cancel but there was no way.

All I wanted to do was make sure you received my returned sweeper. I have never ever ever been thru such a 45 min.

Song and dance. You do not have proper customer service. No one in charge to answer a direct question, whithout telling its not the right dept. You have no promps on phone.

They do not apply. why is just answer on sharks web site instead of shark??

Its crazy and very confusing and not worth it. Your products are great but you customer service is very lacking in service.

We ordered 2 combos; the chicken was fried too hard and dry. The shrimp had no flavor.

We will not eat there anymore. $30 is a lot of money for food that is not edible.

The motor seems to be making a weird noise and turning off! It smells like it is burning! I've only had this vaccume for around 6 months

I ordered what I thought were the Shark Tank/Kelly Clarkson keto gummy.

Does not have the same ingredients but advertised that it is the same.

Needless to say I am furious.

How do we know which is the right one to order.
