Shark - Steam issue in steam amd vac model

You can hear motor running, base is hot to the touch but water is not flowing. No steam comes out. Have tried flushimg witj distilled vinegar, clearimg pin hole umder base with paper clip but has mot resolved issue. Please help. I love my shark, just need it to work. It is fairly new so do not wamt to pay for a new one. Cindy
