Bought this shark stratus cordless vacuum cleaner, September 22, 2024. It is making a weird noise and wont work. Want to return it or take it back to Walmart and exchange it for something similar.

My vacuum NV752 simply just stopped workiig. I unplugged it, cleaned 3 filters and removed some hair wrapped in beater bar. Now I cant find the darn reset button

After going through automated *** on the phone.
git a rep, couldn;t tell where the serial number was, just kep putting me on hold.
had to call again, got replacement vacum, didn;t charge, first rep wanted to charge for the charger.

I’m chucking the vacuum into the trash. I bought a new Bissel.
I was sent a link for a one way video so the CS could see the problem, except he said he couldnt see the video and the line disconnected. I tried again.
Got a new link but the video wouldnt open and the line disconnected.
I called back and got a message that your CS was closed. Grrrrr
The best customer service I have ever received
Very impressed my vacuum has been struggling for a while. The representative went through everything and asked us to video the vacuum. The representative was so helpful

Other shark products have been satisfactory. The robot vacuum continuously stops and says its brush roller is stuck. No amount of cleaning has been successful.

I do not know why the top part of the shark works and the bottom part is not working it will not pick up anything.
There is a light on the bottom part of the vacuum cleaner it will not stay green. It goes red so its not picking anything up.

I am writing regarding a recurring issue with my Shark robot vacuum. The device is unable to find or connect to its charging dock properly.
While it attempts to dock, the contacts do not align correctly, and it fails to charge.
However, when I manually pick up the vacuum and place it onto the dock, it begins charging immediately. It appears that one side of the charging contacts is not functioning properly, but charging works fine when the contacts are aligned by hand.
I have:Cleaned the dock and vacuum charging contacts,Ensured the dock is on a flat surface with clear surroundings,Attempted multiple times, but the problem persists.
Could you please advise on how to proceed?
Should I send the unit in for repair or replacement? Any troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.

I bought this product less than 3 years ago. I spoke with a representative for quite a while and thought the problem was resolved, unfortunately it was not.
The next day it stopped working after about 30 seconds. Very annoying and so disappointing.
I am not willing to be on the phone again
for an extended period of time.
Unfortunately I will not b recommending this product to friends and family.

I bought my vacuum a year ago. It has broken several times now.
They make you video call. Fine. Great. Then they make me pay for shipping!!
After I paid the $400 for a shark. Then paid for a 5 year warranty. They created a vacuum that constantly breaks and I now have to pay for shipping!? I included a picture of how many times replacement parts have had to be ordered.
Main parts. The whole floor piece, twice! I am writing this in October 2024, I ordered this in February 2023 because of course my previous shark broke and they wouldnt replace. I do like how they call it a "good will gesture" which just means they covered shipping once because I complained.
This vacuum in one year has broken 4 times since ordering it. Meanwhile I have kids and like a clean house and have to do days without vacuuming every time this happens, which as you can see is often. After being a loyal shark customer for 15 years Im done.
Done with shark. Dont waste your money.

I purchased the Shark Flexbreeze fan from Singapore on the 21st of April.
I used the fan cordless for the first time for about 10 minutes without charging it for the first time, and then I charged it fully.
Does it affect the battery run time when I use it cordless? I used the fan on the 3rd speed setting, and I only got about 4.5 hours of use. Is that normal? Even though it was advertised to run for 6 hours on the 3rd speed setting.
