Wont hook up to my Wi-Fi. Very frustrated. Called you for help to no avail. This is ridiculous. Several people who are tech savvy tried also.

Pissed Customer!

It seems you HAVE to sign up agreeing to get texts and emails for advertising purposes just to get tracking information! I find this a violation of my privacy to my email and phone!! Tried to cancel order, didn't know if I'd be home when delivered, told too late to cancel even though hadn't been shipped. Now, I can't reach customer service to get tracking info because they are closed!!

Didn't received full order. The vacuum received was faulty

Contacted multiple times with customer service for the missing order and faulty vacuum but every time I was told that would be contacted in 48 hours but no response.Highly disappointed.

Vacuum not working Ive been buying for years I would like them to replace it if possible. Its is a very good machine I ve been buying for years. Or at least repair it

Broke shark vacum

I bought a shark cordless vacuum in November 2021 and now it wont charge. I called shark they said its the battery. The warranty doesnt cover parts so I had to purchase a new battery. Received the new battery still wont charge. Called again had to go through the trouble shooting again. She told me its not charged so I have to plug it in and wait 4 hours then if it still doesnt work call back. I explained its been plugged in for a week. I will never buy a shark product again. Terrible customer service

Wrong color

I had a product replace through warrant. However my husband had purchased white and when replaced I received black when I called to see if I could get white I was told it was unavailable. Never told that the first time I called to get it replaced. All in all good products
