How do I get a return mailing address.
I purchased the ninja replacement lid and was not needed. Tried to get a return mailing address twice and was told the company does not give out return mailing address and that I need to pay for the shipping myself.
No where on the web site does it state that I need to pay for it myself. It was dishonest and misleading to not pay for the return shipping. I will never purchase another item and will tell everyone how dishonest and misleading the company is. Your web site states to call this number 877-581-**** to request for return shipping label for any parts, and was told they do not give out labels.
I am very disappointed with this misleading and dishonest with your company practice. To be honest I love using my foodie ninja and would tell everyone how wonderful and easy it is to use, now I have to tell them all how sad that the company was so very wrong in handling which should have been a very easy return.
I am so sad, because up until now I have loved my ninja air fryer. I was one of your biggest fans.
why would you discontinue a product that is still very much functional?
Why is it so hard to even send a Email when your so proud of all these it vacuums ? Your eager to send information to purchase a Shark you should stand behind your products and make it very easy for anyone to contact you's.

what is the warenty on a Shark AI robot Model Rv2001drus 14.4 volts for household use only. I need the total length of the coverage.
Is there a Shark vacuum made for dummies. I do not have Wi-Fi or Alexa I need something that I can turn on and empty myself. I am disabled and it would be nice to have a vacuum to do the work that I can't
How can you guys not have reviews for us disabled people?I've bought 3 of your products in the last few months And am yet to find a vac/mop system that is easy for me with my disabilities. As large of a company as you are how come none of the testers that are given the products to test and review give any type of insight for people like me with disabilities.
I'm sure your company could benefit in this market,I'm sure you must have something that could benefit the disabled we to want a clean house but your products I've bought and tried so far is far from usable with my limitations. ..hey here's an idea target some people with disabilities to review on the ease of products and give a true detailed review of product.
