Tried contacting them today. But worker couldn't do anything to help so i asj ri speak to a manager. They wii call me on monday.

Don't hold breath I had same problem manager just said because it's over 30 day warranty will not exchange for different model bearing in mind only brought this last Nov paid over £300 disgusting company now stuck with this Hoover as I declined the replacement of same model would never buy shark again or recommend it
