This is the second Navigator we have owned and up until this point I was extremely satisfied! However, we have had this one 3 yrs, theres just the two of us living in the home and we are in our upper 60s and 70s with for a time had a chihuahua short hair!

Now the motor has quit and the seal at the base of the motor was cracked and on the base where the motor sits on the plastic supports are almost non-existent. So my question is can you or will you replace this vacuum?

It seems like it should have lasted a lot longer especially cause it just us living in remote Nevada and see absolutely no reason for it to have seized up, plusnwe are on a fixed income and its an expense we can not afford! Waiting for your reply,

Best Regards,

Nancy J Camara
