I have a Shark Rotator, Model NV500W 26 that needs to be fixed. The brush has stopped working, and it needs to be replaced.

I would like to have a total go over and have the electrical cord replaced. I am having trouble finding a service place in my area, Columbus, OH area. Can you give me some names and locations of service businesses that service Shark?

I also need a battery for a Shark handheld cordless vacuum, Model SV760WM 14.

I have tried going to Batteries Plus, and they could not find a battery for it. What do I need to do to get this battery replaced?
