On or around Dec 12th I ordered a Shark F80 Cordless vacuum Cleaner. I received a trext on the 15th telling me it was delivered to my door.

The Fedex Ground driver delivered the package two blocks away and left it outside next to the post office boxes. A nice person looked up my name on the label and called me to tell me the package has been sitting in the open for two days. I go and retrieve it take it back to my condo and YOU sent me a Ninja Grill (How is this possible). I call customer service and the first question was why did I wait two days after delivery to call!!!

After talking to them they emailed me a return label and also reprocessed the vacuum order. I called back the next day and told them my AOL count would not allow me to print out the return label. I could not forward the attachment nor open it up on my Iphone. They said no problem they would mail me a return label and it would arrive December 27.

On Dec 22 the vacuum was in St Pete but it was not delivered. I called and was told the condo unit # was missing afetr telling them the unit number they said delivery would be the 23rd again no delivery but no worry it would be there Christmas eve. You guess it no unit. I called fedex and they said they were sending a special truck and I would get it Dec.

24th. On Dec 26 your company told me it was being delivered today (what a joke). Finally I called on the 26th and was told it would be there there on the 27th when I asked why the delay she flat out hung up on me. When I saw the tracking had not changed I called back and was told that the unit was being returned to Shark per their orders and I would not receive it until I sent back the grill.

So my many questions are:

1- Why did it take 15 days to be told this.

2- How could I return something when I did not have a label.

I have dealt with company's that make an error like this and tell me to keep the item that was sent out wrong. Was I asking for this NO. But for your company to hijack my money and vacuum for 15 days is unthinkable.

I asked for a refund and was told NO another lie as I finally received one.

. I asked to talk to a supervisor and 2 days later I received a call saying that the mistake was they should have told me NO the mistake was you sent the wrong item.

I am done with your company.

User's recommendation: Stay Away.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
