I bought my meet Shark robot from Kohls.com on Nov 6th 2020. It stopped working in the end of Sept beginning of Oct and with work and moving I didnt have time to call about the issue until Nov.

20th. At that time the first person said it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do and they do not sell the unit I have any longer. I hung up but was very upset because this unit was over $200 and we are taking about 2 weeks out of warrant. It probably took me that long to get it in the mail.

I called back and spoke to a supervisor that said if I paid the $27 shipping they would send me a new shark Robot. I agreed and paid. I tossed the old unit in the trash thinking I was getting another robot complete because I had a issue with my much cheaper ION from walmart and they sent me the full replacement unit. I got the unit today in the mail and it is only the shell.

I called customer service again and let them know I didnt have the other unit that I put it in the trash. She said they could sell me everything needed for another $176. Why would I pay that much more for everything and now the unit is completely out of warranty?

So now I have a shell of a vaccum because I was NEVER told to keep the old unit for the parts and that I would only be receiving was the shell. So I am out over $200 from the first time and now another $27 for a unit that I will never be able to use.if I was told the correct information I would have kept the old one until I received the new one but I was never told.

I will NEVER buy a shark product again. They need customer service that explains things clearly and not people that barely speak english. I never write reviews but this is crazy. We are talking about 2 weeks.

Do not buy a shark product. Save your money and buy something with better customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Shark Cons: Poor dependability, Terrible warranty.
