I plugged in to charge, green light lit up and then it went dark after a bit. It didn't work at all.

I replaced the battery with one they sent me. Followed all of their instructions and result was no discernible difference between operations using the original and new batteries. Dead unlit. Called and they said happy to replace (the unit is basically new) but I have to pay shipping.

"We do have a warranty, but it comes at a price." Not a real warranty.

They are right, it does say this in the fine print but I was trying to get them to do the right thing for a buyer and they said repeatedly that nobody can do anything about it and that their policy is what it is. Their customer service should be renamed Covering Shark's Butt.

Product or Service Mentioned: Shark Vacuum Cleaner.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Replace the unit at no cost to me for shipping..

I didn't like: New unit didnt work and they wanted me to pay.

Never heard back from them after their comment that their warranty doesn't include shipping. Won't buy from them again and caution others to be careful with this company. Sweet deal for Shark, not so much for the buyer.
