Shark was not working properly. They did troubleshooting and determined the unit needed to be replaced.

I sent back.

They are sending a new unit. Other than being without it for a couple of weeks I am very happy with customer service.

To resolve issue with on/off switch not working correctly. Needless to say I was not able to resolve this issue.

I have owned several Shark vacuum cleaners. First one was a great experience, this last one however is and was a great disappointment.

Beginning with to representative and ending with the representative implying the problem is my fault for not understanding how to operate a vacuum cleaner. NEVER AGAIN would I tell anyone the Sharks are good vacuums.

All I wanted to do was make sure you received my returned sweeper. I have never ever ever been thru such a 45 min.

Song and dance. You do not have proper customer service. No one in charge to answer a direct question, whithout telling its not the right dept. You have no promps on phone.

They do not apply. why is just answer on sharks web site instead of shark??

Its crazy and very confusing and not worth it. Your products are great but you customer service is very lacking in service.

Vacuum wont go on base it try's but it doesn't go up righ and empty has new battery

Its not making contact to charge but it is 4 years old and it vacuums everyday! Great product and their customer service is great!
