I have had to return 4 (FOUR!!!) of their top of the line irons to Walmart because water starts spilling out of the iron after a few weeks to a few months. I called Shark 3 (THREE!!!) times last week to try to resolve it, and they even charged me $1.08 for a replacement (as if that is going to work, it's the same iron I've already returned 4 times).

They said they would email me a shipping label so that I can return my non-working iron, and they would ship me out a new iron. I have YET to receive the label in my email.

And now I'm stuck with a non-working $50 iron and no replacement iron for 4-6 weeks (which will probably be longer because they STILL haven't sent me the label!!! SOOOO frustrating!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Shark Pros: Looks of the iron.

Shark Cons: Leaking of iron, Terrible customer service and failing product every few years.
