After 3 months, it says to clean it, but it has been cleaned. I have turned it off and restarted it.
I have cleaned it and blown it out with an air compressor, and when it starts to clean in a minute, it says there is an instruction, and it stops. I have checked everything, and it is completely clean.

Excellent Customer Service
Just cleaned out vacuum water got into bottom part where the 5 vent lines are where the I assume the motor is just in front and to the right of the right wheel. Its been drying overnight.
Has not been a complete 24 hrs.

I bought my vacuum a year ago. It has broken several times now.
They make you video call. Fine. Great. Then they make me pay for shipping!!
After I paid the $400 for a shark. Then paid for a 5 year warranty. They created a vacuum that constantly breaks and I now have to pay for shipping!? I included a picture of how many times replacement parts have had to be ordered.
Main parts. The whole floor piece, twice! I am writing this in October 2024, I ordered this in February 2023 because of course my previous shark broke and they wouldnt replace. I do like how they call it a "good will gesture" which just means they covered shipping once because I complained.
This vacuum in one year has broken 4 times since ordering it. Meanwhile I have kids and like a clean house and have to do days without vacuuming every time this happens, which as you can see is often. After being a loyal shark customer for 15 years Im done. Done with shark.
Dont waste your money.
Also they moderate their reviews on their website to make their products look better. I included a photo of that as well!

The hose cracked in 3 different places so I used tape for as long as I could. Send me bill or call me at (219) 508-**** and I will pay you on line.

I purchased the shark vacuum that empties itself with a supposed 60 minute run time and it only ran for 10 minutes and took forever to recharge. I called customer service 3 times and twice got the wrong advise as to how to return.
When I got to a supervisor she was no help and was rude. Do not buy this product

Bait and switch
Attempted to purchase an item listed on sale. The company authorized the funds to be held in my credit account and then canceled the order.
I called to find out why the order was canceled and was told there was no reason why and the system automatically did it.
after three repetitions of orders being canceled, the manager insisted i just pay the regular price and said they would refund me later. (yeah right)

The service I experience was excellent. The representative answered all my questions and registered my robots and advise me that if I have any problems, feel free to contact Shark
Did not get a crevice tool with my new shark.
I want to have the lifetime warranty for my vacuum I just bought. I try to get it and have tried and tried and tried.
What's wrong with them, it's advertised and I have a right to buy it.
I don't know why they are giving me the run around about this. I need someone else to help me purchase this warranty because I feel safer with it.

CarpetXpert stopped working
Just want to let you know Shark is an AMAZING Company they replaced my carpet cleaner with no Problem I received the new one earlier then expected the representative I spoke with was extremely Professional and Helpful I have not used the new carpet cleaner yet, I'm very Happy with Shark as a Company.

I have 2 small filters that haven't hel up and I am hoping to get them replaced as part of the warranty.. The filters stink..
My charger plate no longer works and robot told me there is a problem with the wheels
I got an error message concerning the wheels. I tried to charge the device to get exactly what it said and found one of the dimples on the charger was black and the robot couldnt be charged. Please help!

No charger for sweeper information about Sharp poor one sheet of paper most telling what not to do no information of using Sharp sweeper attachments how to empty the sweeper into the bin why does the empty container need to be plugged in to outlet took a lot of time to find a phone number for service we are older so don't like to use the internet
