I am hoping someone here will be able to help

We purchased the shark s7001 on Saturday the 18th of December 2021 Product malfunctioned after use it would not steam and the O ring was stretched out and does not seal properly

My Husband called yesterday and video chatted and showed who ever he spoke with and they tried to email a return label for him to print out to return the product he could not print it out so they are going to mail a shipping lable

I would like this resolved ASAP I do not want to have to ship this product out that we went and purchased

To wait for you to ship a shipping label to ship the damaged product back to wait how long for a replacement this is very unprofessional

I want a the new product rush shipped to my house, this is very negligent on your end it was not my fault the product was not caught by quality control .

Shark Pros: Broken machine.

Shark Cons: Broken the day i bought it and took it out of the box, No quality control.

This issue was resolved without any one reaching out to us there was a replacement delivered to my house today
