We recently purchased a shark rotator vacuum at the local Sam's Club. My Mother, who is eighty and has arthritis and mobility issues, decided after using it that she didn't want to keep it.

The vacuum worked fine, but she thought that she would have too much trouble handling it. The instructions advised against returning it to the store, so I called the 1- 800 number on the manual. The woman who answered seemed to pay no attention to our replies to her questions and her attitude changed immediately when we told her that we wanted to return the product. She never gave her name, so when I asked for it, she replied "SharkNinja!" I clarified, saying, " no, what is your name." She hung up!

I suspect that she didn't want me to take the customer survey at the end of the call. Or possibly, she was just rude. Either way, she is not a good representative of the company.

She did however, give us one good piece of information. She told us that we have a 60 day return policy and that we can bring it back to Sam's Club, which we intend to do as soon as possible.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
