The person I spoke to, cant remember her name, very easy, laid-back and efficient.

She results a problem in about 15 minutes.

I always speak highly of the shark products that I have purchased. I purchased them because I didnt know that you had a hotline or I didnt read it when I bought the first one and then my friend up the street went up and bought one and she said oh they could help you with that.

And from then on, you have helped me gracefully and intelligently and professionally.

The person that I had helping me was so efficient that we figured it out after removing three things off the computer or off of the vacuum cleaner. She knows your product very well.

Preferred solution: I would like for the person who manufactures this shark sweepers to expand the handheld. It goes to the car extra equipment for it I will buy it.

How to remove a roller in a rotator true pet vacuum

I have purchased many Shark products over the years. I was extremely pleased with the customer service representative I spoke with. He listened to the issue, and quickly got to the resolution. The unit I had purchased does not allow the roller to be removed from the unit to fix the problem .. Had I realized that design flaw I would not of purchased that product. I thank the customer service person for the educational information and help in quickly resolving the problem. Charlene

The gal from your company and I spent probably 45 minutes on the phone. 75% of the time was her repeating because I could not understand what she was saying. I told her what part of my vacuum was not

I ended up telling her I did not want her to send me the part because I knew she was talking about a different part that I needed.

App is just terrible to figure out, called customer service and the guy could hardly speak English. Had to ask for another rep and was not much better. Never got a simple set-up question resolved, Shark is going back, I have had IRobots for years and saw the Shark for half price and decided to try it out, have been trying for two days to set it up and still not right. Do not suggest buying this product.

Horrible Product

I purchased a vacuum on Amazon about a month ago. It doesnt pick anything up from carpets and now suddenly it doesnt even pick up crumbs from the wood floor. I dont understand what the point of this product even is! Can someone please help me with my issue as soon as possible?

Exchange or return a item. But I never spoke to anyone

I called and left a message and also sent a email. No response as of today. The paperwork states that it has a 5 year warranty. I bought it in 2021 and I have the receipt. Its not working properly and I would like to exchange it please.

I ordered a product for Christmas. It comes and it does not work.

The customer service rep had to FaceTime me to troubleshoot and make sure it is not working. She told me to return the product as well as the attachments. 7 to 10 days later I received the product without the attachments. I have been trying to reach his supervisor so they could overnight me the attachments that go with it..

Four calls later (at least 20-25 minute holds) and emails, no supervisor is to be found. They are not willing to help me out after two mistakes. My daughter leaves for school on Sunday. All I asked is for them to three day or overnight the attachments.

We are a sitting here with just the blow drier .

They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I still feel as if I should have dealt with Dyson and paid the extra money, they have TOP NOTCH support and care about there products, whereas this As seen on tv stuff obviously does not .

Horrible warranty

They want me to pay shipping to replace defective product also asking me to send pic of cut cord before they send. How about IllI cut the cord after product that I spent hundreds on is actually replaced. Ill be cutting the cord with shark!

Missing battery

I was told 3 to 5 days I would receive a battery. Week later, I still have not received it. I am still waiting so soon. Im sure Ill get it.
