I had a problem with my Shark now has been resolved
The person I spoke to, cant remember her name, very easy, laid-back and efficient.
She results a problem in about 15 minutes.
I always speak highly of the shark products that I have purchased. I purchased them because I didnt know that you had a hotline or I didnt read it when I bought the first one and then my friend up the street went up and bought one and she said oh they could help you with that.
And from then on, you have helped me gracefully and intelligently and professionally.
The person that I had helping me was so efficient that we figured it out after removing three things off the computer or off of the vacuum cleaner. She knows your product very well.

Preferred solution: I would like for the person who manufactures this shark sweepers to expand the handheld. It goes to the car extra equipment for it I will buy it.

My replacement mopvac broke before a year and they wouldn't give me a new one on the warranty.

Verified ReviewerZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You make it impossible to speak with someone! 4 calls and emails later! Your company is a complete joke! You have no responsibility in taking care of a customer!
I ordered a product for Christmas. It comes and it does not work.
The customer service rep had to FaceTime me to troubleshoot and make sure it is not working. She told me to return the product as well as the attachments. 7 to 10 days later I received the product without the attachments. I have been trying to reach his supervisor so they could overnight me the attachments that go with it..
Four calls later (at least 20-25 minute holds) and emails, no supervisor is to be found. They are not willing to help me out after two mistakes. My daughter leaves for school on Sunday. All I asked is for them to three day or overnight the attachments.
We are a sitting here with just the blow drier .
They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I still feel as if I should have dealt with Dyson and paid the extra money, they have TOP NOTCH support and care about there products, whereas this As seen on tv stuff obviously does not .
