Well Let"s see I have had my Shark Vacuum for 3 months. It not even paid for on my charge card. It's broke I call shark and they are shipping a part on April 30 16. It is now Feb 1 16 3 months waiting for a part on a vacuum that you paid $300.00 dollars for !!! Be Real!!!Now buddy has called me back, The Vacuum as total piece of ***. All you people that love it all I can say is wait till you need a part and you household can't be vacuumed because this company can sell Vacuum but the can't supply a part SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS VACUUM IS A PIECE OF ***!@!!!!They won't give you you money back. It sucks in more ways the one. Go to the store buy a Dyson. If you have a problem u can get parts or return it to the store๏ปฟ

I bought my Shark Navigator 3 yrs. ago.

I have 2 Black Labs, and gravel driveway. I LOVE IT!!!

I also have all the pet attachments and use them every time I use it. I have never had trouble with my vacuum.
